Nabin Kumar Bhattarai - Full Bio data with New Album "SLOK" releasing on 2014.

Nabin K Bhattarai is one of the re known Nepali pop singer of Nepali Music Industry. He was born on 14th March 1974 in Dillibazar, Kathmandu to Kalyan Bhattarai and Nirmala Bhattarai. He is the eldest son of his family with interest in painting, sports and music since childhood. Being a successful singer he is also a good composer.

Nabin started his musical career with a band “The Steel Wheels” in the year 1990 as a vocalist and rhythm guitarist. After he recorded his first ever song “Aankha Ma Timilaai…”, which was all Nepal hit song during the time of its release. After the success of his first recorded Nepali song he started to release other pop songs too. He has released eleven albums till date: “Raharai Raharma”, “Aabhas”, “Smriti”, “Samjhana”, “Samarpan”, “Nabin”, “The Blue”, “Smriti Re-loaded”, “G-Major”, “Nakshatra” and “Kathmandu”.

Some of his big time hit Nepali songs are : “Aankha ma Timilaai”, “Raharai raharma”, “Raharai Raharma”, “Timilaai bhetne”, “Chhaina Juna”, “Yaad le timro” and “Sanjh Pakha” of which “Raharai Raharma” and “Aankha ma Timilai” won him the title of best male vocalist by Sajha Smriti Award twice. Most of his songs have a soft touch to them, depicting the loneliness of a young lover.

Now days Nabin is busy composing music for some Nepali Movies and other projects in his own studio in Kathmandu. Also he is busy recording songs for his upcoming Album “Slok” which is scheduled to be released on February 2014.
